The Application is supported by advertising. We use the TopOn ad-mediation platform to display ads from one or more third-party advertising networks, which may include Google AdMob, Pangle, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Liftoff (Vungle), Mintegral, and similar networks. These networks may use your advertising identifier (GAID) and approximate location to serve ads that are more relevant to you and to measure their performance.

You may request earlier deletion of any data associated with your installation at any time by emailing support@snaplayapp.com. We will respond and complete deletion within 7 business days.
All data transmitted between the Application and our service providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. We rely on our providers' infrastructure-level security controls for the storage of data.
The Application is offered in many countries worldwide. If you are accessing the Application from outside your home country, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
European Economic Area / UK (GDPR) — Users in the EEA and UK have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including access, rectification, erasure, and objection. Where we serve personalized ads, we rely on your consent; for security and stability we rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
United Kingdom (UK GDPR) — Users in the UK have the same rights described above under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Brazil (LGPD) — Users in Brazil have rights under Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Law No. 13,709/2018), including access, correction, deletion, and portability.
California (CCPA / CPRA) — California residents have specific privacy rights. We do not "sell" personal information for money; certain ad-related data sharing may be considered "sharing" under California law, which you may opt out of via the device controls in Section 3.

The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. We do not knowingly serve personalized advertising to children.
